Great location for my needs. Lovely owners who responded quickly with my request for additional bedding as the duvet was very light and flimsy.
Cold water in the bathroom wash basin which only came through hot on the morning I was leaving.
Just one towel and no towel rail for proper drying out of towel.
As noted above.
This is no frills budget accommodation.

Location was just out of town but an easy walk to the town centre or the Minster
It was fairly basic for the cost

Perfect location for walking into Southwell. Beautiful courtyard area. Dog friendly accommodation.
Stairs to the accommodation not suitable for disabled guests. Parking outside the accommodation not always possible.

Shower was good. The tea/coffee area
There was winter bed linen on the bed in the middle of summer. The bedding was also very old and worn out and poor quality. The room smelt very musty.
