La habitación es preciosa, esta muy bien ubicado , la pileta es un sueño y el personal es muy amable y tranquilo todo el tiempo

Bathroom felt unfinished, not very nice shower, maybe have some drinks/icecreams etc for sale around the pool although there is a shop 2 mins away!

Really nice pool area, and the free transfer from the pier was very much appreciated as not all accommodations do this. The wifi is very good.

My room had so many flies, they were very friendly and landed on my face while in bed :( There were also many of them in the toilet. On my third day I asked for the room to be cleaned to sweep out the dead flies, this made a big difference, but they also threw the contents of my luggage on the floor which I still don’t understand. The door jammed when opening it so would not open fully, while trying to get the door open, the flies would again go into the room. The curtain in the room was also broken, I felt these things were easy to fix and had just been ignored. There was no shelf in the shower to put shampoo/ conditioner/ soap.

Muy buena ubicación. Cerca de todo, pero a la vez alejado de todo el ruido. El personal muy amable, nos recogió un taxi gratuito en el puerto. Las instalaciones muy limpias, incluida la piscina. La cama muy cómoda. Relación calidad-precio genial. Incluso nos quedamos un día más.

Lo único que no me gustó es que el grifo del baño no paraba de echar agua. Deberían arreglarlo porque da pena desperdiciar todo ese agua.

De locatie vonden we prima, net wat buiten het drukke centrum en wel nog op loopafstand van het strand. Fijn dat we gratis vanaf de pier opgehaald werden en weer teruggebracht.

De badkamer was oud en beschimmeld. Er liepen wat mieren in de badkamer en we hadden een kakkerlak. Er zat een kier onder onze deur, dus overdag kon al het ongedierte naar binnen.

Big room with lots of space. Comfortable beds! Soft! Great TV with Netflix etc. decent Wi-Fi but overall signal on koh Tao sucks. The pool was AMAZING. And right outside our room. Location is fabulous it’s tucked away and quiet but just 5 minutes to the busy main area. There’s a restaurant called IdJangs kitchen just outside too and a minimart down the road

The towels were a bit smelly. Shower water pressure was bad. No water bottle refills. No pool towels provided. No restaurant.

Helpful staff, great 24 hour supermarket just a couple of minutes away. Short walk to great restaurants. I would recommend Pork leg restaurant near the hotel for great food and low price.

The room were beautiful and comfortable. The staff were amazing and they were always there to help you. It’s in a perfect location near the walking street and the pool makes it even more perfect.

Really nice, spacious & comfortable room. The location was great, 2 minute walk down to the busy part (bars restaurants shops etc) and far away enough so that you’re not disturbed by noise. We were able to hire bikes and use snorkelling gear from the hotel.

We stayed here for a week and most days when our towels were changed they were stained. This was the only issue we had with the cleanliness/facilities. Staff weren’t the most attentive. We asked the guy to book us a taxi for the morning we were leaving at 6am, he assured us that he would book it and in the morning no taxi arrived and we couldn’t find the guy. Had lots of stress trying to find another taxi and nearly missed our ferry off the island. Other than this issue everything about our stay was positive and we enjoyed it.

on a quiet road, 5 minutes walk from town, you’ll find this modern and reasonably priced hotel. good aircon, quiet area and clean and relaxing pool area.

Quiet but fairly central location, good value for money and great pool. Staff were helpful with queries we had.

We found loads of ants in the room (which has been mentioned previously in comments). A shame there was no breakfast option or bar at the hotel, despite a poolside bar looking like it might have been once open/or about to open.

close enough to everything, but far enough that you couldn’t hear the bars at night. less than a 5 minute walk to the bars/restaurants and then you’re 2 minutes from the beach there. pool was very nice, room was clean and air con worked very well. staff were very nice and helpful we booked our trips and transfers through them all of which was very good. pickup from the pier is very helpful as the pier was quite hectic

Great hotel, superb staff who go above and beyond! The location is great, a very short walk from Sairee and close to everything you need. Rooms are spacious, clean and even have Netflix. Everytime I visit Koh Tao, I book in at Aiya Resort

- very thin curtains in the bedroom - booked King room (according to the pictures on the ground floor with direct access to the pool) but was given 1st floor room - hairs over the bedroom floor - bathroom not very clean with wobbly toilet seat - ant problem

very good value for money, clean spacious rooms and a lovely pool area! Great location to walk to restaurants/bars ect. Enjoyed our stay here!

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean with comfortable beds. The room was a good size and the location was very good (close to everything but on a quiet street). The staff was very attentive and kind. The pool was amazing and we had a nice balcony.
