-12 minutes convenient walk to bukit bintang.
-Hotel connected to berjaya mall and 7 eleven .
-They got us early check in with babies upon request.
-Our Room was on 42 floor with attached kitchenette and a small living room.
-House keeping service was average. No fresh towels
Were put until asked, cleaning and maintenance was average.
- Breakfast was average with mostly indian items . Refilling was also slow.

There are some good things about this hotel. Firstly, it sits right on top of a Shopping Centre with everything you need. The buffet breakfast was quite good with lots of variety. And the pool was really nice. Surprisingly not many people in it, we had the pool all to ourselves.
The room was old-looking and outdated for a 5-star hotel. When arriving, they didn't have a king-size bedroom for me. This is what I requested. So we had two king singles pushed together. I could have got a king-size bed but had to upgrade. They could have offered it for free, but no, they wanted extra money for it. I already paid more than I wanted to for the room, so I stuck with our original room. They also don't supply face washes.
