Platinum Hotel and Casino Bansko

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay at Platinum Hotel & Casino Bansko My stay at Platinum Hotel & Casino Bansko was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and perfectly organized, with a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortably furnished, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The spa area was a real highlight – clean, well equipped, and perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the overall experience even better. The location is excellent, close to the ski area and main attractions, yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful rest. The food was tasty and varied, and the overall value for money was outstanding. I would highly recommend Platinum Hotel & Casino Bansko to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a truly enjoyable stay. I will definitely be coming back!

Location was great, We had jewish prayers (chabbad) on the premises as well as a kosher restaurant Beautiful pool

rooms were not really cleaned during our stay, Just made the beds Beds were not the most comfrorable

we payed extra for Kosher breakfast and Dinner of Chabad. we loved it

only casino was good and the massage (not spa area)

staff was generally rude with exceptions (mr. serdal at front desk etc.), very small balcony, not clean enough (there were hairs at the bathroom floor, we needed another cleaning and housekeeping laughed at our demand?), limited open buffet
