Easy access to center and attractions via tram and buses with free Basel card. Great breakfast. Helpful staff.
Sofa bed could be a bit more comfortable! But overall no major issues. Would stay again

The rooms are beautiful. The hotel is really nice and a location right across from the botanical Gardens close to one of the gates of Basel. They also upgraded my room and I had a great little balcony. I didn’t get breakfast there.
I really like this hotel there wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

This place is a real gem!!! The large, comfortable rooms, nice big beds, the friendly and helpful staff and outstanding breakfast made this a great choice!! It was steps from the historic center of Basel.

The location was excellent for getting around. The room was clean and bright. The staff were exceptional.
The pillows were awful. They were very flimsy like they did not have enough stuffing. We also do not care for the individual comforters on the bed. They were too warm and as I toss and turn all night I felt like I was a wrapped up mummy by the morning.
