The staff is really nice, the room spotless, the bed very comfy, the room was spacious enough for my needs. Short walk from the Basel train station, also close to a street full of restaurants and shopping.
I think bathroom is a bit tight and maybe the location isn’t very central for tourism. I stayed three nights for a conference. If I were in Basel to explore the city, I would’ve chosen some place more central.

A small family-run boutique hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, the stay was fine, and the location is very convenient for visiting Basel Zoo, only around 300 metres away.
The breakfast was disappointing, and I would recommend choosing another place nearby for breakfast. There is also no air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable in warmer weather.
