Especially the hotel staff were very friendly and nice. The stay was very comfortable and everything was as expected. We had a nice time and everything worked out well. Thanks again to the staff.
The location was a bit unfortunate but not the fault of the hotel itself. However, it was ok. The breakfast was not that nice and not much oriented for foreigners. However, it was ok.

The location (accessibility) and the friendly staffs.
Nothing we don't like... just a suggestion, change your shower, bidet and faucet to have good & strong running water.

States that food is served until 10pm. When we went down at 9:30 the staff had left and informed us the kitchen was shut. This was a shame as Grab was not working and there were not many food places around. WiFi did not work at all, very disappointing.
