מקום מעולה למי שמחפש להיות קרוב יחסית לבית חבד (בערך 6-7 דקות הליכה). הצוות מכיר את כל ענייני שבת וממש עוזר, ובכללי הצוות ממש חמודים . החדר עצמו פשוט אבל נקי ויש בו מה שצריך. חזרנו אליו כמה פעמים למעברים

Near to Ayala mall and IT park

Just found couple of lizard poops in the beddings. Recommend to refresh the arrival rooms before releasing.

The location is good, the barkada room is very convenient for big groups. However, they were very unhelpful. You will only be able to access the floor where your room is located which is a big hassle if you’re staying there for an event i.e. getting your make up done in a different room or prepping for a wedding that’s being held in the same hotel. You would probably say, you got what you paid for, but for the amount we paid? We COULD have found somewhere else that offers better amenities and customer service.

The front desk officer, i noted her name was Eda, was extremely defensive when we voiced out our concerns regarding the access card. We weren’t offered assistance when bringing up our bags. It all felt very inhospitable.
