The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Great location. Comfy beds, tv right infront of you in bed. Nice to have hot chocolate aswel as tea and coffee. They make it very clear that there are no windows so no false advertisements. Good value for money. Would stay again.

It was in a good space, near everything we wanted to do.
The room was not clean, the cleaners also came the next day and all they did was make the bed. Didn’t take any of our rubbish out, swap the towels or anything. The room itself was unbelievably tiny, I thought it would be small from the pictures, but it’s even smaller irl. Online checkout says 11am yet at 10:35 we have a very rude member of your staff banging the door down to say we needed to be out 5 mins ago??? Maybe update your policy online, and teach ur staff how to politely nock on a door, and speak in a nicer manor.
