Perfect central location for a visit to Liverpool city centre. Grand Hall was magnificent and a lovely place to sit and relax. Room was a good size and excellent value for money.
Bed was quite hard and bathroom was a bit tired, although shower was powerful and hot. The rooms were not refreshed during our 3 night stay so we had to hunt down more tea and coffee and the bin was overflowing.

Excellent
I enjoyed it
The fact that you have to inform them at the reception before they make you room after telling us at check in that they will make after 3 days.

Perfect location if arriving by train and close to the city centre
It would be harsh to criticise as there are upgrades on going

Looks impressive when you first walk in
1 lift out of order, staff seemed miserable, room was very basic, looked old, wallpaper tears, had paint around the bath and toothpaste splashes around the sink. ironing board was broken and the
Mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Other guests very noisy and windows difficult to open and close. Parking was confusing, paid online in adelphi carpark but no confirmation
Awaiting fine

"The Art Deco interior is fabulous & size of our bedrooms with original features are amazing. The bathrooms had a modern refurb with a good hot shower. Everything was spotless clean in all areas."
