I liked the bedroom, which had what I needed - a comfortable bed, somewhere to hang my shirts, and a desk and chair so I could get work done.
The location was a little further out from the centre of Liverpool, and from the Conference Centre, than I had been expecting, which slightly complicated my plans. It was also a little inconvenient to have to share a bathroom, but that wasn't a major issue.

Great value for money very clean and tidy

Nice location overlooking the park and excellent for transport to city centre. Great shower. Perfect for one night stay.
Mirror in top floor bathroom missing, but the bathroom on the next floor had a backlit mirror for shaving. The sink in the top floor bathroom was probably too small for shaving.

Cheap and cheerful and close to centre
The bed smelt like the covers had already been used and the pillow was awful
