The staff and the overall well-kept state of the hotel. The rooms, the check in was easy and the reception area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. with good advice about local restaurants and bars.
More blankets or more duvets. A cooked breakfast.

It was so quirky and the staff were amazing! Excellent location for Lark Lane.
Our fault but we booked the room during the Labour Party conference so it was double the price. If it was normal price it would have been worth the money.

Convenient for the city, generally well kept and clean.
Breakfast could’ve been better but it was adequate for what we needed

Location suited us. Parked free but it is first come first served.
Basic and dated room, but main issue was old uncomfortable mattress so poor sleep. Not really good enough.
Breakfast was dreadful.

"Ottima accoglienza con personale cordiale, l'hotel caratteristico e molto piacevole. Camere silenziose, la posizione comoda, davanti ci sono le fermate del bus per il centro (10 minuti)"
