The flat was clean and bright and the bed and shower were top quality. The location was close to "everything" yet there was peace and quiet inside.
Would be great to be able to make coffee. Just a friendly gesture.

The quiet surrounding areas, very nice.

Excellent location. Very convenient for the Philharmonic Hall, Everyman theatre, cafes and restaurants. Great roof top view from apartment 6. Staff were friendly and helpful. Modern bathroom and very efficient shower.
Double bed was against a wall, no dining table and chairs, entrance hall and stairs could have been smarter. Shelf on fridge door was broken. Additional clothes storage, eg some drawers would have been useful.

"Everything was perfect, would definitely stay here again, plus it's very close to the city centre which is very handy. Great value for money. And the shower was lovely and warm."
