Lovely family run feel
Great welcome as we were very early from a cruise.
Lovely views from the terrace
We weren’t tall in advance that the restaurant was closed for dinner for the season so we had to find an alternative so it would have been good to have that included on the very extensive welcome email

Everything!! Lovely beach, very lovely staff, peaceful as can be. The extras were wonderful too! Laundry and rental car/airport drop off was an unexpected treat.

The location was excellent and being close up the beach was nice. Also breakfast was very good.
My AC in my room stopped working and it was 28 degrees overnight but when I tried to fix the thermostat it was showing in German language (which I don't know) When asked for help the staff laughed at me and instead of coming to the room to fix it she just said "just press the button "! This is not how you deal with your guests.

Beachfront location is great, convenient for airport. Breakfast was very nice. Place is well kept and clean.
One of our main reasons for going was that the hotel had a restaurant which was well reviewed. When we got there it was closed due to staffing issues . Rooms are fine but very dated. Hard to find the car park so ended up parking in the wrong place and management was not happy about it but could not tell us what to do.
