Excellent location on the seafront with plenty of on site parking. Lovely grounds, very comfortable beds, nice clean room and a great breakfast

Location and swimming pool are great

Great location with free parking. The rooms are very close to the parking, so bringing up the luggage is quite convenient (even though there are steps instead of a ramp).
The hotel looks very clean and maintained.
Breakfast is great!
We asked for a baby cot. The bed wasn't used in a long while (I'm assuming) and it smelled very dusty.
We ended up moving the bed out of the room because I couldn't sleep next to it (and the baby obviously didn't sleep in it)
