Room is big and toilets are clean! Had a good night stay, walking distance from the main shopping street of Sapporo.
The lift door doesn't have an auto sensor and closes very fast, which ends up hitting into people if the door is not held open. Hotel is not exactly near the train station so have to walk a little bit.

Breakfast was great. Good dessert. Everyday curry. Spacious area.
The elevators are a bit small, some waiting time during check-in/check-out hours.

The lift is fast, the staff is wonderful. Price for the space of the room is also great. Close to Nakajima Park and the train station.
There is black mould everywhere and there is no window to let any air in in both the room and bathroom. The beds are soooo bad. My friend ended up sleeping on his sofa cuz that was better than the bed.

"Nice hotel and room design, very nice bathroom with large Japanese bathtab and shower room. The private sauna in the hotel is amazing. Nice stuff and great location."
