The room was bigger than I expected which was a nice surprise. They have complimentary beverages in the main lobby until 9pm and it's located in an entertainment district with many stores and restaurants.
The breakfast is basic and worked for me but might not work for some people.

We had 3 nights at this hotel. So far the room is clean and neat.
1. It would be great if there are more breakfast option or changing breakfast menu each day. Stayed for 3 nights having the same breakfast for everyday.
2. per the description mentioned, it has parking facilities but the parking lot is not owned by the hotel. Parking full day will cost 1700 yen (maximum).

Breakfast provided limited options. The air-condition was noisy. WiFi was fine!The location is excellent! The staff is polite and helpful!
