Modern, clean, comfortable, spacious, liked the kitchen. Bathroom was great, good shower, fluffy clean towels, very modern appliances. Location is really good.

Not the nicest view. Couldn't lock the window in the bedroom and couldn't bolt the front door. Neither were working properly. One flight of stairs was a bit inconvenient but not a big deal. Groceries were hard to find nearby.

Centrally located - well served (near metro). Very good comunication and booking management, easy check in, friendly concierge.

Poorly equipped kitchen for those who need to prepare meals independently (not even a knife to cut bread or peel fruit). Inaccurate cleaning. The mattress with two single mattresses joined in the center is uncomfortable. Apartment N was very noisy. Given the price per night I expected a higher level of services. Lisbon confirms itself as a beautiful city, but too touristy and expensive, where it is difficult to return or stay for longer periods, due to the disadvantageous price/service offering ratio. Sin.

La comunicación previa a la llegada es excelente; la ubicación inmejorable, tanto que no es necesario comprar tarjeta de transporte; la atención es perfecta y el estudio era todo lo que esperábamos. Viajamos con nuestra mascota que tiene un cargo de 15€/día, la cocina está completamente equipada y los jabones del baño huelen de maravilla. Sin duda volveremos.

Solo un pequeño detalle que echamos en falta, un paño de cocina. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Clean. Location. Quiet. Great assistance by staff.

- We were traveling with our baby and this place provided a baby bundle including high chair, toys, baby bath tub, playard crib. Convenient we didn't have to pack these things. - Provides daily cleaning services (fresh towels, change of garbage, folded bed sheets). - Made use of the kitchen a lot. - Washing machine was great; although it would have been preferred if there was a dryer in the room too. For the dryer, you had to go to the basement common area to use it. It stopped working on the last night we were there. - Common area "fridge", stocked with water, beer and Coca-Cola for 1 Euros each. We did make use of that late at night. - Had a tiny lift to the apartment, although if you're on the top (3rd?) floor, there is no lift access and you'll have to take the stairs from the floor below. - Safe in the room to store valuables. - Provides luggage storage in the common space basement.

- The washroom was nice, but the shower door only went halfway... so the water would spray out easily. - Although the space was "clean", it could have been cleaner. For instance, the floors were a bit dirty, so your feet/socks would get a bit dark. - Although central, I wish the hotel was closer to more food options. It's on a street parallel to the main luxury shopping street, but a lot of taxis/Ubers/Bolts could not find the apartment entrance. The last 2 days of our trip, they blocked off the entry to the street too, so that made it more difficult for drivers to find it. - The receptionist hosts could be friendlier. - The living room couches/sofa beds were uncomfortable to sit/lie down on.
