Pedro was very punctual and precise in delivery instructions, also to reach the apartment. The apartment was very clean. The wifi fast. The position is ideal.
Unfortunately it was a bit noisy during the night, but nothing unbearable.
One of the toilet is old style, but again nothing unbearable. overall good

Had a great stay. Good location. Clean comfortable accommodation. Contact, Pedro, was friendly and helpful. Had everything we needed for an 11 day stay in total. Would definately recommend and would return.
It is a lively area so can be a little noisy but the double windows blocked most so not a problem.

Wonderful apartment,in the center of Lisbon,perfectly clean,nicely furnished,very big and comfortable with everything that you might need (perfectly equipped). Two bedrooms,each with its own bathroom!!!Although it is in the vivid part of the city,the apartment is very well isolated,when you close the windows you don’t hear any noise..There are 3 air-conditions,one in each of the rooms; although the days were extremely hot, the temperature in the apartment was very pleasant all the time. Centrally located with the most attractive parts of the city within walking distance.It is even more beautiful than it looks on photos. The host is very kind,nice and extremely helpful.

Superb location, easy to walk more or less everywhere, and very lively in the evenings so it felt safe. Whilst the streets are noisy until late, the double glazing really helped keep noise down in the apartment.

The location. Lovely clean apartment with 2 bathrooms, well located for many restaurants. Easy walk to the centre.

Perfect location for access to funicular to get up and down to metro although suitcases are not allowed on it but some drivers do. Ana was extremely good and arranged a taxi for us for our departure.
Music from bars below us was too loud and noisy apartment above. Advise taking earplugs.

very clean apartment
it is located in the noisy party section sits above a bar and Friday night it was open to at least 3 on the morning trash out side every where The stair case to go down has like an extra step both of us almost fell down twice that should be marked with yellow tape

Lovely apartment in a great location. Pedro and Ana were very helpful with our arrival and departure. A previous reviewer mentioned the lack of a full length mirror - there is one there now! Double glazed double doors were very effective at sound proofing any noise from the lively atmospheric street below. Would highly recommend.
As also mentioned by a previous reviewer, some wine and beer glasses in the kitchen would be nice.

thr appartment is just exactly as the pictures- cosy stylish and modern flat very central close to nightlife of lisboa and also to sightseiing and shopping- the bed is very comfortable- the host is very professional helpful and good communication amd always available amd for checkout they were very flexible for lte checkout
tbh nothing everything is perfect- just they still have construction in the building but that is very ok as it does not bother

Everything was ok
property was ok but during the week we stayed it was noisy from the construction work done on the roof of the building. It was very loud noise like hammer blows from 6 am until 5 pm. we were told that workers were starting at 9:00 am but in reality we were waken by nose even before 6:00 am. only on weekends was quiet.

The neighborhood; the renovated historical building with up to date mod-cons such as remote controlled air conditioning/heating units, soundproofing floor to ceiling doors/windows; our host, Pedro, who was available 24/7. Actually, our apartment was a perfect "Home away from home" in Lisbon.
For the apartment, nothing major, just little things - would liked to have had a full length mirror; would have been helpful to know there were instruction manuals for the appliances (found them on our last night); could have used more tea towels and spoons.
For the neighborhood, perhaps a cheat sheet/map of the area pointing out main streets, landmarks; directions to public transport and taxi stands; "insider" knowledge of good neighborhood restaurants/bars/pubs, shops, including "mom and pop," etc.

Self catering but load of quality restaurants and cafes around, Pedro was most welcoming, and kept in touch right up to our stay and even during the our stay, First time ever with Air B&B and certainly will book this apartment again, Brilliant.

The apartment is situated in the Center and the atmosphere around it is just amazing. Pedro our host was there to meet us on arrival. Pedro is an excellent host and although checkout is normally 10:30 he accommodated us by letting us stay in the apartment until our flight later in the eve. The apartment is spotless, beds very clean and comfortable. While there is a lot of noise down below the apartment, the apartment itself is sound proof. overall we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying there.

You find everything needed inside. And even if something is missing, Pedro will do his best to get it for your convenience. We came for 3 days with a baby and Pedro arranged everything we wished for. Exemplary hospitality, highest level of comfort, huge apartment with 2 bed rooms and 2 bath rooms, close to city center and restaurants.
One of the disadvantages in this apartment is a Mexican bar below. We stayed in Lisbon just before new year and music from the bar was quite loud despite good soundproofing. Once we even had to ask the bar owner to put the volume down, otherwise our baby could not sleep.
One minor disadvantage is shortage of wine glasses in the flat that should be definitely fixed :)

Very spacious. Comfy beds and sofa. Great showers. Very vibrant and loud street but triple glazing kept most of it out. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars and to most attractions. Close to public transport links. Place to store luggage on the day we left. Pedro was very helpful.

The flat is spacious. Owner is nice and communicates timely.
The apartment is directly above a mexican restaurant which blasts its music (with a strong subwoofer) all day, every day, from noon to 2am. I could not work there to have a client call nor attempt to sleep before 2am. Soundproofed windows don't help when the soubwoofer verberates through the entire foundation and walls of the building. However, granted, you are asking for this kind of thing if you stay in Bairro Alto. Also, no air con.

* A lovely apartment with a very good location in central Lisbon.
* Two bathrooms.
* Clean.
* Helpful host who replied quickly and gave us good information and service.
* This place was noisy. The noise from the street was not a problem, but the noise from the rental apartment above was. I have no idea how many young people who stayed there, but it sounded like a lot. It sometimes felt like an thunderstorm in the roof, from very early in the morning to very late in the night. The host took our concerns seriously and the problems gradually improved.
* No wine glasses.
* The apartment was sometimes a bit cold. We had problems to get it warm enough, even with the heaters.
* One of the bedrooms had no window, but the bath next to it had.
