Key good points were the location to Excel and most certainly the staff, friendly and efficent.
Room was adequate and bed really comfy, great nights sleep
Most of tis list I think was ever down to bad mangement or possivly sone unknown event NOT the staff
1/ I prefeer real ale as a drink, 3 different pumps of ale NONE on
2/Food menu in bedroom, study and picked. Got to bar restricted menu and only a choice of 3 main courses.
3/ TV in bedroom an ariel connection that welk , did not connect.
4/ SKY SPORTS advertised whiched tiiped my choice.
Well the footy was on , 5 screens and a 1980s disco soundyracj pumping out- what is the point of this. At least 1 area should have comnentary
5/ request invoice for room on booking, on arrival , on checkout no staff, 3 email requests for invoice no invoice.
So be cautious , room okay, staff on the bar great the rest well?
