Neat clean and well situated

Kasia from guest relations arranged to have a slice of cake in my room for my husbands birthday. I liked the room size and comfort of the bed.

The rooms were extremely noisy, this was despite my request to be placed in a room away from the main road. There was alot of noise at around 1 to 2am, not sure if this was hotel security or rowdy guests. There were staff in the corridor talking loudly around 10pm.

I find the Maslow to be the best Hotel to stay at in Sandton for a number of reasons (IMO). Namely, free parking, a reliable shuttle to Sandton Square, the rooms are value for money, the food is good and the staff is friendly.

Pet peeve but I do not like the lack of storage. I travel with my wife and we often struggle to find enough space for both our sets of clothes, even in the larger rooms.

The room was very clean and the location of the hotel is excellent.

The bed could be a king bed.

The breakfast was good, the coffee was also tasty

The stuff was unfriendly and completely uncompetent, especially at the restaurant and the bar. The room 244 didn't have noise isolation at all. Overall I found the noice isolation is too bad in all rooms even after the moving to the suite with the balcony. The menu at the restaurant is poor, a lot of spicy food. I ordered also the stake,they brought me the overoasted meet after 35 min.
