The location was in close proximity to Kasai Station, which made it easy to get to Disneyland, the airport, etc. The hotel is extremely clean, staff is incredibly friendly and kind, and most spoke English, which was a huge help. They also had pre-printed detailed info sheets for how to navigate to the Disney and the airport. Breakfast was included, and the food was amazing. There were also lots of food/grocery/convenience stores near by, which was also super helpful. We loved our stay, And would definitely visit again!
There was nothing I disliked about the property.

Staff were beyond friendly, room was spacious and the washer-drier for your clothes were huge plus!
In a walking distance from metro, grocery stores and some restaurants. All in all, good value.
Little bit far from all the sights but Tokyo is big city!

The food was very delicious and the staff was very helpful.
On my second day the toilet started to smell and leak from underneath and my room was switched.
The shower curtains in both rooms were the wrong size causing a lot of water to splash outside
