They thought of everything, no detail is left out. It was lovely walking in past the flower shop. It was quiet and clean, with plenty of space. Easy metro access and plenty of convenience stores and restaurant options around, while very calm area. The staff were kind and helpful.

Can’t think of anything. Would stay here again to visit East and Central Tokyo, maybe somewhere else to visit more West Tokyo spots, just due to distance.

I had an amazing stay here in this little hotel run by some ladies with a cafe and florist downstairs. The ladies speak English well enough that communication isn't a problem. And it's only a short walk from Kasai station with lots of food and convenience stores nearby. The cafe is really nice, and serves really nice coffee and toast. I wish I got to eat more of it during my stay! You can order from the cafe downstairs and have the meal in your room if you desire. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. It's also warmly lit which makes it super cosy. There are plenty of facilities, all with instructions on how to operate them, and all working flawlessly. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, hair straightener, and a washing machine. The water pressure for the shower is high and controllable with a wide range of temperature for the water too.. There is also a bathtub which has a function to keep the water warm. The shower and bathtub area is also equipped with technology, with a control panel outside allowing you to dry/cool or heat up the area. The washing machine is easy to use and could fit 3 days worth of 2 people's clothes. The drying is done in the shower area with the drying function on the control panel. We had no issues drying our clothes overnight during our stay. The hotel also helps with luggage forwarding and its a simple process - Scan a QR code and fill up the destination and date on the website. We didn't use this since our destination does not accept luggage delivery. Overall the room and hotel is lovely and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the coziness of the room and the great food of the cafe downstairs.

The nearest station, Kasai, is on the Tozai line and this line gets really crowded during rush hours (crowded when going into the city in the morning and crowded when coming back in the evening).

The most hi-tech hotel we have ever stayed at. Don’t usually mention the toilet but it was too complicated for a dinosaur like me. Bathroom also incorporated a drying room. Washing machine also in the room. Cafe if like going to another world.. very quaint. Great coffee too.Great location next to a park and walking distance to shops,trains and buses.. Owner was charming too..

Lovely apartment style room. Quiet and a great location. Very friendly helpful staff. Will definitely return.
