I was welcomed immediately by staff, Jerry on reception was very friendly. My room was upgraded. Reasonably priced. It was cool, clean and quiet. Well situated and easy to access.
Nothing comes to mind.

Stayed overnight for a concert at Alexandra Palace. It's in a great location, so 15 mins after the gig ended I was back in my room. Room was quiet, clean, staff were very pleasant. Lots to eat locally - it's right in the heart of Muswell Hill. Can recommend Bob's Cafe round the corner (a bit like an independent Juno Lounge, if that makes sense) for great staff, vibe and food. They don't serve breakfast but there's loads available locally.
Although clean, it's not well maintained and looks dated/tatty. Big crack in sink, handle on the shower enclosure had been replaced by a couple of porcelain drawer knobs, etc. It's being kept clean but no money seems to being thrown at it. But if you think of it as a crashpad in a great location, it does the job.
