Convenient location for where we needed to be

A lot of money for one night ..I know it's London but still a lot to pay out for the time you spend there!

The hotel itself inside was very modern and clean and tidy, staff were helpful and the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was a fridge, tea/coffee, hair dryer, toiletries and safe. The room was clean and I think great value for money for our one night stay and had everything we needed.

This was purely a place to sleep while being in London.

This was definitely not a 4 stars stay / hotel. For one, the shower head was probably never cleaned, one of the LED lamps on the wall next to the door was barely hanging on, and the soap dispenser next to the sink was barely functional. There was only one set of towels available in the bathroom, even though we booked a twin room. We had to look for the second set that was hidden away in a random drawer in the room. The reception staff barely spoke to us at check in/out, just handed us a piece of paper and our keys and sent us on our way without explaining anything.
