Pension Schöne Aussicht

The location and views were fantastic. The room was cozy and comfortable, especially the bedding, and the whole property was very peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was beautifully presented and everything felt very well cared for. Overall, a really lovely stay.

The interaction with the staff felt a little reserved and the welcome wasn’t especially warm, but this was only a minor point and nothing was genuinely negative about the stay.

Good option and very serene

Location and cleanliness

The view is breathtaking. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Large heated Jacuzzi outside, huge outdoor balcony with sofas facing the beautiful valley beneath. Great breakfast with different variety every day.

The WiFi in the room is practically non-operational. You need to go to the lobby or the dining room to get connected.

The location was absolutely beautiful with stunning views and great surroundings. The check-in process was smooth and easy via a key box, even though we arrived outside normal hours. The breakfast was quite good, and we were satisfied with it.

The cleanliness of the room was poor: the carpet was dirty with many stains, there was a blood stain on the pillowcase, and the bed sheets had stains that hadn't come out despite being washed. There was no clear instruction, sign, or proper procedure for check-out. The check-out experience was extremely stressful and unprofessional; after we left the key in the box and went for a short walk, a staff member rudely confronted us by the road, accused us of taking the key, and treated us like criminals. Even after realizing the key was in the box, there was no apology, and the staff member stood over us aggressively while we filled out forms.
