The property is in a beautiful setting
Nothing in particular is wrong with the property, BUT this is a facility for senior residents (aka retirement home) and they rent out rooms when they are available.

Great place, nice stuff, big parking in the place. We were traveling with big van and a car and the parking was crucial for us! They allowed us to leave the van there for couple of hours after we checked out wile we were exploring the city. Also we were traveling with our dog and they were happy to welcome it without additional charge! 👏 Perfect location in a walking distance!
You can skip the breakfast 😉

Quiet, large room and huge walk in Bathroom. Great parking. Large sofa bed.
Location to walk into stunning town all of 10 minutes. Lovely choice of Breakfast in the morning.
Perhaps little signage on the Lower floor to locate the Private breakfast Room.

This is an old age care home. We cut our stay short and moved on.
Bit too far to walk to town. Skip the breakfast.

"Posizione e silenzio, facilità di parcheggio (interjo privato), camera spaziosa.
Poca chiarezza all’arrivo (dopo le 20 il cancello è chiuso e non ci sono istruzioni)."
