We played gold every day and were not at the flat much. It would have been helpful to have coffee pods supplied for our 5 days as we never had time to go out and purchase some.

Location v. Good for access to St. Andrews. Breakfast not applicable.
Multiple key boxes, one of which had the property number written on it. We assumed that the key would be in this. When the key box number did not open this box we had to contact the office. Response from the office was quick and helpful, explaining there was another key box which we had not noticed. Maybe stressing this for idiots like us would be helpful. 🙂

The apartment was spacious and clean. Didn't use the kitchen to cook in, but everything has been thought of. Loved the two bathrooms as made getting ready a whole lot easier!
The beds are comfortable and its a quiet location, yet only a 10 min walk from South Street.

Beds were lovely and comfy. High quality bathroom and kitchen. Well furnished. Nice and secure.
Toilet paper worse than you find in a school loo. Couldn’t see how to connect to the Wi-Fi (but didn’t ask for help). And being lazy, I’d rather not have to strip beds when leaving.

We booked this short stay away with friends who had never been to St Andrews. The location was perfect for our requirements - easy walk into town.
The apartment was fantastic - everything you needed - home from home.
Would not hesitate to book again ... thank you.

Rooms were large - property was immaculate. It was quiet, had great views & everything was to a high standard! We will absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely lovely, spacious flat. Easy walking distance to everything in St Andrews. It was lovely to have such a nice, quiet spot for our family during graduation season. Windows open fully. Well stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer were very handy, if a bit confusing to use!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property!
The map link gave me the wrong entrance, though, so it took some time to locate the correct flat. And there were a number of key boxes so I had to call to confirm which was the correct one. That said, when I did call with any questions I was assisted promptly.

This property is first class, would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Instructions for entering property, eg there was no mention of a fob. The flat was cold when we arrived and the instructions for the heating were not clear. Also the radiator in the master bedroom did not come on at all. I would also have liked a cafetiere or coffee pot. I bought a small one.

Had trouble getting into the lock box, so phoned and was given excellent help. Flat was extremely comfortable, and in a great location.
Accommodation was a bit cold at times, and I was disappointed not to find a coffee maker.

apartment lovely decorated, very comfortable and great location to walk into town. convenient having parking space.
Lovely apartment, however the main shower sadly didn’t work in the morning and was reported but not fixed until evening. this was inconvenient as we were 4 ladies meeting up and then had to wait till each person had their turn in en-suite shower. also we were only given 2 hand towels for 4 guests, I would have expected 1 each especially during covid.

Great location - 15mins walk to the top of town.
Spacious, clean & really modern apartment - felt like a home away from home.
The boiler was in the wardrobe in one of the bedrooms but there was no carbon monoxide alarm in the bedroom - a small portable one could have been placed on the chest of drawers etc. to give comfort re fumes.
There was also no proper guide regarding the heating system - we had to try & google to find out how to work the wall mounted thermostat unit.

Beautiful apartment, every need catered for. Lovely quiet location. We stayed for 4 nights whilst playing golf at St Andrews. Easily walk into the High Street where there’s all that you need. Planning our next trip up to play the remaining St Andrews courses and will definitely book the apartment again!!
