Location is very close to the castle with lots of eateries close by. Mari is a fantastic and very responsive host. They offer a taxi service and homemade wine/chacha. There is a communal fridge in the hallway.
The room is basic with no TV - we were only staying one night so was not a problem. Provided with kettle and cups but need to have own tea/coffee. The taxi driver's car did not have functioning seatbelts in the back seats - not uncommon for Georgia but would have influenced our decision to use their service if we had have known this beforehand.

Fantastic place, we loved it. Restaurant Kessane across the road had great food and a fun host. House walking distance to Rabata castle.

The bed was very comfortable.
A lot of the things in the description was not offered. We booked a room that on booking was said to be facing the back with a balcony and to have a washing machine, but neither was true. It was also stating to have air conditioning but it was just a fan, to me those are not the same.
