The location was great - just up the road from all the bars and restaurants at the Marina in Puerto Calero, plus there's a brand new Superdino supermarket within walking distance of the property. The apartment is spotlessly clean, and the beds are super-comfy with memory foam mattresses. The shower is fantastic, and the property is just superb for a holiday. The pool area that the apartment looks over is quiet and it's clearly a more residential area with very few people there when we were there. One day, we had the pool to ourselves for the entire day. It was absolute bliss! The aircon in the living room is excellent and chills the room nicely, although the bedrooms can be a little hot in high summer as the cold air doesn't extend that far. The ceiling fan in the smaller bedroom helps a little, but the larger bedroom might benefit from a portable fan in the hot weather. Everything else is absolutely superb, however. Could not fault it, including the parking facilities which are reassuringly secure. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was a little tricky to find at first. The satnav coordinates took us to somewhere nearby, not quite to the apartment, but a quick phone call sorted things out, the host's friend came and met us where we were and guided us to the apartment. Once you know where it is, it's simple as anything. This is the tiniest of negative points, otherwise everything was absolutely spot-on.

The communication was very good. Our host was super friendly
