The location was quiet and relaxing. The property has a good view (villa 7) and is well set out. There is a traditional Spanish feel to the property. The bedding was changed half way through a two week holiday and the towels three times.

The pool filter was very noisy through the night. There were cobwebs on the chair legs and the settees were uncomfortable for a prolonged period. The TV only had one useful channel.

Lovely comfortable villa, and loved the private pool that comes with each villa. Very welcoming host and they were always available to help and answer any questions. Very lovely people indeed. The villas are self-catering so we got to go out and try different restaurants along the Puerto Calero marina and in Puerto Carmen.

Other than being up a steep hill from the beach (in which everywhere is), Nothing, everything was great.

Clean

So many small issues; lack of keys to doors, lack of cleaning products, lack of clothes pegs to hang clothes, no air con or fan etc etc etc. None major but all add up but the big problem was no hot water for 9 days. Unacceptable

The owners were not around much and we had to ask for the pool to be cleaned after we had been there over a week

Everything perfect for my 60th birthday couldn't have asked for any more

Really picky but the kettle and microwave could do with replacing past there best but nothing to complain about

The host was very good,she was really helpful & nothing was too much trouble for her & her father, will definitely go back 🙂

Thought there would have been some water & a few snacks as we arrived late & there’s no shops close by ☹️

The location of the villa

The first villa,no.2 were allocated had a very dirty pool that had not been cleaned for some time, the bath was rusty around the taps and plug hole. We were then shown three other villas and settled on villa number 4 The mattresses on the beds were all very hard , almost solid. The six sun loungers around the pool had all seen better days, three plastic ones were all faded and the three wooden ones had pieces either broken or missing , Reported a faulty kettle to the reception ,however nobody came to check it and no replacement was made
