Amazing breakfast and comfortable room

The hotel is good, but as a gay couple I don’t know if I would recommend as the staff seemed to be quite rude and make comments behind

The bed was queen-sized. The shower was large and water pressure was strong.. There was a large space in the shower to put makeup on. They provided a cot free of charge. There's a small balcony space facing the pool. The hotel ground is wide, aside from the pool, they have a few animals in the back which is nice for kids (white peacock, horses, goats, and rabbits). And a large playground was also available. There were free 2 bottles of water in the room, and a few drinks in the fridge that you can take for a cheap price. And the restaurant downstairs can take orders to your room. Parking had a lot of spaces.

There's no lifts. It takes a while for hot water to come in the shower and there's was no hot water in the sink. They provided 3 bath towels and 2 robes but no bath mat and hand towels (for 2 adults and a baby as guests). The doors leading to the balcony does not lock so be careful if you have young children. Also, it isn't soundproof and you will hear the music blasting from the poolside from 9am and people talking late at night. On the booking website, they said the pool was closed- so we didn't pack our swimsuits, only to find out it is open. They told us breakfast was served 8-11am. Service is very slow since there were only 2 waiters serving the pool side and all the tables. We ordered at 1000am and were told by 1030am that they don't have almost all of the breakfast menu available. The poached egg on the toast wasn't done right. It was 11am when we got only the fried doughnuts. The poolside have cabanas which were not free for hotel guests, you have to pay 50 euros.

Good location for what i stayed there.

No air conditioner,apparently it was broken and with 38 degree heat could not stay in the room. They had portable air conditioner but it made thing worse because of the warm air coming from behind. Only was offered sorry with smile,not good enough.
