Amfora Hotel & Spa

Communication was absolutely fantastic. Prompt response to messages and really helpful. All the staff were warm, welcoming and very polite with positive attitude. I definitely recommend this hotel. They were brilliant and customer service was impeccable. Oh and breakfast was nice with some varieties too. I can't even fault them.

All the staff were helpful and friendly and would go the extra mile to assist. The room was clean and comfortable and close walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast was free and there was a variety items to choose from

The hotel is situated in a quiet area it is also the end of season. Only one coffee machine in dining area. Walking distance to Golan which is busier is about 50 - 60 mins. Durres was a 15 - 20 min drive. Ideally I should have hired a car to be able to sight see easier

The staff in reception and a couple of them in the canteen/restraurant area were lovely. I especially would say the reception staff as they always tried to help.

The breakfast was poor and limited. The food was cold and there was the same thing every day. I expected there to be a wider variety or at least hot food. Did not cater for any allergies (no gluten free) and was one coffee/tea machine which often meant that you were waiting around. The cleaner (although nice) did not clean the rooms (just made the beds and mopped) and even though the room was booked for 3, we had to ask for an additional blanket and additional towels. The facilities were only for 2 people (2 mugts, glasses). They only provide you with a bottle of water on the first day. If you have to check out and have a late flight, there is no shower for you to wash and change (apart from the shower in front of everyone by the pool)
