View from the first floor living was awesome

Fantastic location. Wonderful views and lovely little house that was a joy to come home to. Welcome bottle of wine on arrival was a very welcome gift.
Poor shower pressure and bed was a bit uneven. Some noise late at night from surrounding area.

The apartment was very comfortable and large with plenty of space. The view from the living room was beautiful with very large windows overlooking the lake! Location was very good too, restaurants just down the street and both the ferry terminal and Centro within walking distance. Don't miss the Como-Brunate funicolar just a few steps from the apartment!!!
The apartment stairwell had no handrails which seems to be par with the rest of Italy.

Great location!! Many places to walk for dinner, drinks. Take the funicular to top of mountain for dinner. Only 50

The property is situated on the shores of Lake Como in an upscale neighborhood. Restaurants are located nearby and the center of Como is within easy walking distance. It is also a short walk to the ferry terminal. The house has two floors with a bedroom, bath and living room upstairs. A small foyer, kitchen and laundry room are on the lower floor. There is also a small outdoor sitting area off the kitchen. We used the radio taxi number provided by the host for taxi service and it was much more reasonable than Uber. One final bonus is the sound of the lake waves lapping against the sea wall at night!

The location is unbeatable: walking distance to the city center, right on the lake shore, in a very upscale neighborhood, on the grounds of a beautiful villa. Marco who manages the property, as well as Giorgio and his wife who are the owners, are lovely people. The house is very dog friendly.
This is complaining on a very high level now but it would have been nice if there would have been some basic amenities, like shampoo and shower gel.

the location is perfect! there is no better place to be in Como. close to the restaurants, and the ferry. It is a gorgeous view and the property is well taken care of and has all the conveniences, including a great kitchen and a garage space!

Fantastic location for accessing Como, ferries and the funicular with the bonus of a stunning lake view. The garage parking was an unexpected bonus.
Bit of a British whinge, a toaster in the otherwise well equipped kitchen, would have been a bonus.

Host is very kind. This place is very close to get to Center and restaurants.

The views are amazing. Charming little apartment. Good kitchen and living room. My son loved that there was Netflix (sometimes glitchy). Location is good, quiet little spot.
There was no aircon in the bedroom and it became very hot and stuffy. The aircon in the living room was pleasant but not the greatest (and was very noisy)

The property has everything you need, and a fantastic location. The host that met us was Marco, and he was very helpful with any needs. Orlando is the caretaker of the property, and also wonderful. I would stay again if I had the opportunity.
There was nothing to not like. We stayed in July and it was unusually hot. There is no air-conditioning in the bedroom, we ended up sleeping in the living room. Outside of July & August, it would not be a problem.

We were stunned by the fantastic lake view, the beauty of the interior, the garden and the welcoming spirit of the hosts! The handover of the keys was flawless on arrival and the parking just perfectly easy. The beautiful city center ist just a few walking minutes away, Gelato, Apertitivo and Restaurants nearby. We can highly recommend this outstanding "secret paradise" and hope to be back soon! Muchas gracias por todo!

The location and privacy of Lake View 9 is unparalleled. You are literally facing Lake Como with a small local street between the property and the Lake. The rental sits on the property of the main Villa and gardens and parking is completely gated, safe and private. The view facing the Lake is on the 2nd floor and is 100% windows that open to allow you to fully enjoy the glory of Lake Como near the city center.
While we love the location and access of the lodging, it needs some attention to upgrading. Easy attention to details that allow comfort would be greatly appreciated by the guests. As a guest on Lake Como, guests would enjoy an extra attention to luxury and small detail. As a visitor to the city, remember to bring your own paper goods, soap, shampoo etc... to make your visit pleasant.

Difficult access to garage - demanding handling especially for wider, backward drive cars.

Fantastic location- easily walkable to all attractions in Como, including the Ferry. Beautiful view of the lake, sunset, mountains, and all the on-goings on the lake. The place is very spacious too!
