This Holiday Inn is really convenient for exploring Hull. It’s attached to the shopping centre car park, and hotel parking is on level 2 at a reduced rate for guests.
The rooms are comfortable and the high floors have great views.
Breakfast was included in the price and was pretty good with a mix of hot and cold options.
This is my second stay at the Holiday Inn and will be staying again in the next few days.
An all round great place to stay, with some of the friendliest and helpful staff I’ve come across

The location next to the train and bus station and St Stephen’s shopping centre.
Rooms had everything you need even a sofa and a chair which was nice. Bed was firm and comfortable for us. Lovely hot water in the bathroom and a great shower. Nice touch to get tissues in the bathroom.
Excellent breakfast especially the Pancake maker machine. Loved that never seen one before. It was busy the one morning but there was plenty of room for everyone and tables were cleared quickly. Very friendly staff. Reasonable bar prices so you didn’t have to go out.
Would like rubber bath mat in shower as it was slippery.

The location was good, close to everything we needed while there.
The sofa bed was DREADFUL. But most are so wasn’t the be all and end all of the world. The breakfast was mediocre….. sausages were awful, hash browns were made of rubber…… this isn’t the staffs fault. And it is personal opinion. We didn’t have any hot water on the last day and when you are hung over to hell a good shower wake me up. Alas I spent the day slowly wishing I would die……
