Room was roasting hot and there was no way to cool it down, the window handle had been removed and replaced with a metal plate.
Breakfast was bland, no taste, bacon not cooked correctly scrambled eggs were not good, sausages overcooked.

Carpark bit trick if you don't know where you're going .. signposted but only when your already in the carpark..

Great location in the centre of town with parking attached to the Hotel with good rate at £8 per day. Easy check-in and friendly, helpful staff. Cleanliness was good and comfortable bed.
Only one member of staff on reception during the day to deal with everything. Easy check-in but our room had no hot water so we were moved to another room but unfortunately the sink plug was broken, the fan in the shower did not work and the window did not open. Cooked breakfast not great with what appeared to be powdered scrambled egg, the sausages were tasteless and the coffee from the machine was bitter.

Beds were very comfortable and had an excellent night sleep. Staff were really helpful. Breakfast was 1st class. Shower caps available at reception.
Maybe a full small repairs like the desk needed sorting, but maintenance seemed good. No hair conditioner.

Typical breakfast for holiday inn
I didn’t get what I booked. I spoke to reception about the window and he said he was aware they had a problem with that room. The shower was blocked and filled with dirty water.

I like the location of the hotel
I didn’t like the fact that it cost us an extra £15 just to park- that wasn’t very good

Clean and comfotuble room in a good central location
I am gluten and dairy intolerant. They had scrambled eggs on the buffet and I asked if they could fry me a couple of eggs as scrambled eggs included dairy. I was flat refused, never experienced that before and no apology issued.

Wi-Fi code given to us only seems to work for one device until you disconnect (like leaving the hotel)

The facillities were excellent. The rooms had refreshments and beds and bedding was perfect also
The cleanliness was not as good. The bathroom floor was not clean. And some furniture has not been wiped down

Most thing we're OK bed was very comfortable and room clean but lacked space once the sofa bed was used
Thought it was a bit unfair that we had to pay parking on top of everything else maybe that should be added into the price you pay before and not after then you have a choice if you want to stay and pay
