Marlin Canary Wharf

Staff extremely friendly and welcoming!

The staff were friendly and professional. Good location, 13 min walk from the station

There was no a/c in the apartments

Lovely and clean apartment with 2 bedrooms. This was perfect for an overnight stay as we were going to the 02. 15 minute walk from Canary wharf tube station.

Room wasn't ready upon arrival but the team were apologetic and upgraded our room. The windows didn't drown out outside noise so could hear traffic.

Most of the staff were good. It was a good sized apartment with good access to near by transport.

The street was very unsafe. Too much of noise in the nights especially. Neighbourhood was very patchy. We stayed for a month yet our apartment was only serviced once every week. The rate we paid was equivalent to a hotel. And still even basic servicing was not available regularly. No fans or air con, and since we had to leave the doors open for ventilation, the dust and noise was a lot. The facility was never locked and hence always felt unsafe. The basement door was always left open as was the front door. The roads leading to this property at night never felt safe. And post midnight there are a lot of folks smoking up and making noise leaving it absolutely impossible to sleep. And there’s no control over that. On the whole i felt for the money o paid i should have opted for something more central and a better property with basic amenities like security, service and ventilation!!!!
