Clean modern room, coffee machine, water, toiletries, and plenty of towels provided in the room. Gorgeous decor throughout the hotel. Felt safe and was in a central area but very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff which greet you with a smile every time. Ideal location for travelling into central London or visiting the o2. Pool was big, with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna with water provided poolside. £1 coin needed for lockers if needed and towels provided at the pool.
better choice on the tv for channels. A lot of channels unavailable and it wasn't a smart tv where you could sign into streaming services etc.

Clean and good amenities
Tv useless, parking useless as have to call concierge and wait about 5/10 mins gate breaks and doesn’t open may aswell park outside somewhere, and is long as well as being expensive. Some rooms the bathroom / sink has no door so be wary. Irene is rude, Razia is amazing. But i got ‘upgraded’ seemingly to a lower priced room so double check if not happy
