staff were helpful, room was excellent (although we did upgrade) good spa.
they charged extra for taking our dog (although they did know in advance) in my experience dogs have never wrecked room, vomitted on the carpet or been rude..but still.
I also paid separately (£80) for a massage, which was quite poor, it seemed that the masseur, although lovely and friendly was very inexperienced.

As travelling to hotel to celebrate my wifes birthday, really appreciated reception staff upgrading my room. Plus note must have been sent to restaurant which I had booked prior to arriving as they gave her a free glass of prosecco.

Excellent breakfast with wide variety offered. Suite rooms were very quiet and comfortable.

Lovely hotel and selection of food
The room service situation was a real pain. We had a pre-agreement that our prepaid breakfast could be delivered to our room as normally prepaid is in the bar only but we weren’t told this. There was poor communication and because we didn’t have our credit card with us we kept having to leave our room with 3 children to go and pay in the restaurant but at every hurdle nobody knew what they were doing and had to faff to find out to take payment.
