The beds are very comfortable, also the overall style of the rooms is very modern and clean. They have good TV channel options and also mini bar full of goodies.

The parking costs 15 leva per day but unfortunately, they overcrowd the parking so I had problems taking out my car because other cars blocked me. So I had to wait almost 20 minutes for the receptionist to find some of the owners of these cars to come and move their cars so I can go for dinner. It is ridiculous how you pay so much money per day for parking and you are practically unable to use your car. Also, when I came back after dinner, I had to block other cars to use the parking, which resulted in reception waking me up in the morning on the next day to ask me to move my car so that other people can go out. All of this causes such inconvenience not only for the clients but also for the staff of the hotel, who are feeling embarrassed and are facing a lot of negativity from clients even when they are not guilty of this poor and greedy decision of the owner just to earn another few more levs and make his guests and staff uncomfortable. Very disappointing!

The AC didn't work at all in the summer heat ... We stayed only for 4 hours and changed.to another hotel...

The location only!

The room was a total wreck. The bathroom sick was just about to fall apart on my kid. Also, the cornice was hanging strangely from the ceiling leaving a big hole between the ceiling and the top of the curtains. There was mold everywhere, the matress was mega dirty, the floor wasn't clean to, the toilet was leaking, etc, etc. I had to pay for the parking 15 lv per day. Also, I chose to pay 40 leva for late room checkout (after 12 p.m.). The first night we couldn't sleep (me and my child). There was a very loud chalga party in front of the hotel that lasted almost the whole night. However, on the second day we had to get out with the car. When we got back in the evening it turned out that there was now free parkng slot for my car. The receptionist had overloaded the parking with cars, some of theme weren't from the hotel. I asked her where I can park now, she didn't even answer, just looked at me in a very stupid way. I had to go all arround the town to find a safe (paid) parking. It took me so long that my little son fell asleap in the car, it was raining outside, and I had to carry the sleeping child 1km to get back from the parking to the hotel. The next day I got up early and requested to be refunded for the parking and the late checkout, because I was paying for each hour of parking (on the other parking), and I needed to checkout quickly. They refused to refund me. I had an argument with them but they still refused to do it. The paid parking cost me 28 leva. Once I left the building they cancelled the reservation. Maybe they had thought that this would block me for leaving a bad review. This hotel should be delisted from booking.com!
