Both the loacation and the rooms were perfect for us. We had half-board with good choice.

Very very clean, well maintained pool, garden, restaurant area. The rooms are spacious, good size balcony with seaview. They clean, change towels, sheets. Location is close to the beach (sandy, smooth, 16eur/day). Supermarket on site, good cocktails at the pool bar. Enough sunbeds. Food was good, various choices for a 3*** hotel.
Nothing. It was a great experience. As long as you do not go with 4* expectations to a 3* you will not be dissapointed

It has a nice swimming pool and a bar by the pool, good food and it was close to nearly everything in Sunny Beach.
It wasn’t clean enough, there were spiders everywhere. The cleaning was only made in the visible places. The hotel staff came up to clean the spiders, however after that was very superficial and after one day we found spiders again in many spots in the room. The bathroom was also not taken care of and everything in the bathroom was very, very old.
