the staff, everyone was really nice and helpful. they made our weekend just wonderful. definitely, we will go back. we have never felt more welcome in a hotel.

Staff very friendly and "old school" with excellent name/guest recognition, although mostly lacking warmth and charm. Liked the open flow of the property with various entrances on every side. Rooms spacious and with enough closet space to move in for months Restaurant serves excellent dinner with great service

Internet was terrible! in bedroom 300 not working at all. Surprising for a hotel of this standing in a country like Germany. Parking at hotel is 9 euro/day and usually full but you can park for free on the large parking place right next to the hotel Breakfast room is too noisy and hectic for our taste

Problem with the booking on booking.com - the rules on COVID were interpreted curiously, having to stand in line for breakfast in an empty restaurant before taking breakfast in restaurant garden……curious…

Good Breakfast from 9 to 12!

I was very disappointed that the Spa was closed. I was offered to be transported to a different place by car. Due to very bad weather (strong storm) the idea of leaving the place was not appealing at all Had I known before I would have chosen a different hotel. I wonder whether the hotel could have informed me a day before...?
