Vista diretta sul golfo da questa unità all'angolo sud-ovest di Madeira Towers con un balcone avvolgente e fantastiche viste sulla spiaggia meridionale e diretta. Questa proprietà è un condominio con 3 camere da letto / 2 bagni situato all'estremità nord della spiaggia di Madeira. Facile raggiungere a piedi molti ristoranti e generi alimentari. Godrai della cucina aggiornata e delle viste incredibili. La master suite è spaziosa con un bellissimo bagno padronale aggiornato. 2 camere ospiti vi permetteranno di godervi la compagnia durante il vostro soggiorno. Non rimarrete delusi! Gennaio e febbraio devono essere noleggiati prima dell'affitto di marzo.

The condo is situated between St Pete Beach and Clearwater so it's the perfect location if you visit, eat out or shop in both areas. The condo was very spacious, light and airy; sylishly and tastefully furnished. The unit was also very clean, well equipped and stocked. The views from the wrap around balcony were amazing. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained; probably the best ones we've ever used in Florida; we did pass on our compliments to the pool guy! The only downside to our stay was when in our last few days Hurricane Helene hit. Sharon and Taylor contacted us several times and were most helpful. We would, without a doubt, choose to stay in this property again and we would recommend both the condo and The Seaside Property Shoppe to a friend.

We love our stay at the Madeira Tower! This was our 3rd year and we really love the unit, the location to beach, stores, restaurants, and tennis/pickleball courts at ROC park. Staff at Seaside is always helpful, if needed. We look forward to staying again!
