Very accommodating staff the reception staff Francesca went above and beyond to help us.
The hotel staff were amazing helped me every sitting for food as I am gluten intolerant and they showed me what I can eat.
The entertainment was perfect
The pool was great the views were amazing
The free shuttle bus was a bonus
All round one of the best places we have stayed and it is the staff that make it.

We picked wrong room so I did not get views that I had wanted from our balcony but on a whole the whole experience of the hotel made up for that. And I know to make sure to book a room with a view next time not that is affected our stay.

The pool made all the difference and the gentleman that takes care of the pool does a great job keeping it clean.
It was far from the city center and was not walkable. My son age 21 and in good shape walked there and it took about 40 mins in the hot July sun. Nothing around the property except for a pizza place that was Amazing. Not many menu options in the restaurant. The workout room needs a major update. Everything was old and gross.
