It’s very dated, short staffed and breakfast was terrible.

Very comfortable bed. Nice temperature and could adjust it. Good curtains so room was nice and dark. Excellent friendly service.

Location, perfect for getting off dual carriageway but good soundproofing so no traffic noise. Nice room, good breakfast

Busy at breakfast but had to wait slightly longer than expected for cooked breakfast dishes to be replenished.

Bed not as comfortable as we like. Signage to carpark certainly decreased the confusion as not straight forward.

Very clean room with a fantastic kingsize bed. Easy to park at the parking lot. Right next to the hotel is a fine restaurant were you can have a lovely dinner.
Breakfast was a bit limited. Especially or my girlfriend who has to eat glutenfree. Se could only have some toast with jam.

Terrific place, staff above call of duty. Colouring in books and pens in huge tin to keep grandchildren amused. Breakfast was lovely, all be it a limited selection. Enough to please everyone.

All excellent we we're in room 131 and the shower room had a bad smell like as if a cattery had been in. Reported it straightaway but nothing was done.
Will still go back though excellent value for money.
Televisions are a joke you need to be a scientist to get a picture or change channels or volume they need renewed from Philips to something that works as a television should
