Hotel Belvedere

This hotel is perched on the hill just outside Brasov old town. A short 8 minute taxi ride away. The hotel is split into two buildings the old and I guess original building and the new very large building both with swimming pools and good parking but the new building is full of steps everywhere beware. Our room in the older building was large and comfortable with a good view even if the bathroom shower needs an update. The Belvedere Restaurant at the top of the older building was truly fantastic the food was outstanding I would highly recommended it. The big plus for us after a very long and tiring drive was Gabriel on reception. He was very professional and helpful full of advice and helpful tips which made our stay so much better sadly not all hotel reception staff are so good and as welcoming.

Breakfast. It was held in the new building and was not very good not well set up and held in a disappointing room

Nothing not to like, the staff was professional and helpful. Rooms clean and spacious. Restaurant fantastic, food, view and waiter. Have already booked my next stay.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable , great mattresses, fab location , lovely outdoor pool, amazing massage at the spa. Incredible food . So everything really

Nothing

Spacious hotel with good views over the city. All the staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with cold meats, cooked meats, salads, cheeses, eggs, yoghurt, a selection of fruits and pastries and cereals. Beds were very comfortable and A/C good. It was nice to have the choice of an outdoor and an indoor pool.

Indoor pool quiet warm, but still OK. Lift was out of action for a couple of days, but staff assisted with the luggage. My friend found the walk back from town quite tiring, but Ubers very inexpensive.
