Disign, staff, views from the window
very poor soundproofing, several days in a row guests arrived with children and the whole family shouted and behaved loudly, as if they were alone in the guest house. Some made noise from 8 am even on Saturday, others - until 2 am. They ran along the stairs, shouted and simply behaved like pigs. Every step is heard anyway, and if you behave like savages (and people will behave like that), then it will be very difficult to rest
