Location and cleanliness
The room was extremely hot throughout my stay. Even when I left the AC running at the highest setting and the lowest temperature available, the room remained hot and uncomfortable. I contacted the reception desk and requested that they check the AC, but unfortunately, nothing changed.
I also requested an extra bed at 4:00 PM, but it was not delivered until 1:00 AM, which was extremely disappointing and caused significant inconvenience.
Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and the lack of prompt action in addressing these issues.
