The staff was incredibly nice, providing recommendations on the best places to eat, what tourist traps to avoid. The rooms were noise insulated, cleaned every day.

The hotel is located on a quiet street within walking distance of all main attractions and restaurants. The staff is absolutely lovely and always eager to help. The room is comfortable and clean. Would return again.

The breakfast was good, I just wish there was a little more variety of fresh fruit and vegetables. My husband had his birthday during the stay but it was not acknowledged in any way.

The hotel was nothing like the reviews I had read. As soon as I arrived, I asked reception to send up some tissues, but they told me, “Unfortunately, we only have toilet paper.” Unfortunately, the service really was terrible. None of the usual hotel amenities were provided throughout our stay. They brought us toothbrushes only once, and their quality was, quite honestly, as bad as it could possibly be. What bothered me most was the terrible quality of the bed. It is difficult to overstate just how uncomfortable it was. The breakfast was acceptable, but certainly not excellent. It was good on some days, while on others the food seemed far from fresh. The only reason I gave the hotel a score of 6 is that they messaged me on WhatsApp and asked me to give them a 10. The hotel staff, especially the women working in the dining area, were genuinely lovely, polite and kind.
