LElLl HAGİA SOFİA OTEL

Kava one of the hotel managers was exceptionally nice and helpful. He carried the luggage himself twice which was really a great gesture for weary travellers. Istanbul comes live with such helpful and lovely people. Room was nice and clean with toiletries and no other issues whatsoever

Staff Room

Clean and great location

Facilities not enough

Great hotel with a very convenient location near Hagia Sophia. The entire historical area is within walking distance, which made exploring the city very easy and enjoyable. The hotel is located on a quiet street, so there was no noise from traffic or crowds. The only minor thing to note is that you can occasionally hear trains passing by, but it does not happen often and was not a major issue. The biggest advantages were the spacious rooms, excellent cleanliness, and very friendly staff. Overall, a very comfortable stay and a good choice for visiting Istanbul.

Trains may pass by unexpectedly

Location

Two cats in the reception area smelling all over the accommodation, not working toilet tank in our room, not enough water pressure, room wasn’t really clean, especially the bathroom was left like this from the previous guests
