White House Hotel Istanbul

I stayed at the White House Hotel in Istanbul for eleven nights during my recent visit to Turkey, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, everyone — the owner, the receptionist, the bellman, the housekeepers — was warm, kind, and genuinely helpful. They made me feel like I was visiting family, and the hotel truly became my home away from home. It’s a boutique hotel in the Sultanahmet district, perfectly located within walking distance of the historic sites, ATMs, trams, restaurants, salons, laundry and dry cleaning, grocery stores, and shops. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, decorated in beautiful traditional Ottoman style. My first time in Istanbul, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The warmth you feel there is what makes it special.

Well located in Fateh. Short walk to Hageh Sophia.

Definitely the staff. They were all so helpful and kind. Location is good too

The breakfast could be improved on.

The kindness of the entire team—especially Firat, Hasan, Kemal, Juli, and Meral—and the warmth that made us feel right at home.
