Es un hotel maravilloso todo el personal es estupendo, atentos, serviciales cuidan cada detalle, además nos hicieron sentir como unas reinas en verdad la atención fue excelente , 100 por 100 recomendable y cuando vuelva regresaré a su hotel.

Traveling with our young kids, we stayed 3 nights in 2 rooms, one double room and one family room and were pleasantly surprised by how nice and rewarding our stay at the White House Hotel was. Exceptional cleanliness, inside and outside. Both our rooms were immaculate, the bathrooms especially were cleaner than many 5 star hotels we have stayed in. The breakfast was fantastic, great assortment of fresh cheese and olives, freshly baked bread, great coffee. The entire staff, from the GM to the cleaning people were extremely friendly and welcoming, offering great advice for restaurants, transportation. This small jewel of boutique hotel has a great location within easy walking distance to all major attractions and great restaurants in Sultanahmet. Although the street front is quite lively during daytime, at night we had no distractions whatsoever and rested very well. As a bonus, it has a great view to Hagia Sophia from the breakfast terrace.

Excellent location, close to tram and main attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Owner Mr Harun is always responsive and has an excellent team, including Enes and Kemal who always go out of their way to offer suggestions and advice. The breakfast is delicious. The roof terrace offers great views and we appreciate that it is always open for guests to have a drink or just relax.

Nice Boutique Hotel in the center of Sultanahmet. Presents a great overall value for a location that becomes walkable for the major sites of Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, Galata Bridge. Rooms are comfortable and functional and the breakfast included was very good. Staff was perfect - all helpful and very attentive and can assist with booking tours, cars, or anything you need during your stay.

la posizione è strategica sia per visitare Sultanahmet a piedi (e a chi piace camminare anche Sirkeci e Beyazit), così pure sono comodi gli accessi ai mezzi pubblici (servizio molto efficiente ed economico, pulito e sicuro). Lo staff, sempre presente, ti accoglie (ti coccola) e segue per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

Migliorabile la colazione, che presenta una vasta proposta per varietà locali ma è minimale per la proposta internazionale.

Perfect hotel for visiting Istanbul. All in all, everything is within reach and on the other hand it's relatively quiet and peaceful.

The hotel was amazingly situated and the staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. We were even allowed to have a free late check out as our flight was later in the day upon our departure, which made a huge difference for us. The hotel staff also recommended amazing places to eat, rang taxis for us when we needed to get somewhere, and overall treated us with an incredible amount of carefulness.

Honestly, there was very little to dislike about this stay. The only thing I can think or is perhaps a little more variety in the breakfast would have been nice, but it's a good basic breakfast.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια. Το καλωσόρισμα, το προσωπικό απίστευτα ευγενικό, πολύ καθαρά όλα. Το πρωινό πλούσιο και πεντανόστιμο. Μας προσέφεραν δώρα κατά την άφιξη και την αναχώρηση μας και μας έκαναν δωρεάν upgrade δωματίου το οποίο εκτιμήσαμε παρά πολύ. Το δωμάτιο όμορφο και περιποιημένο. 1 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την Αγία Σοφια και από αλλά πολλά σημαντικά αξιοθέατα. Η γύρω περί η είναι πολύ όμορφη με εστιατόρια καφετέριες και μαγαζιά. Σίγουρα θα ξανάμεινω εκεί την επόμενη φορά.

Κάποιες λεπτομέρειες ήταν η φασαρία από τον δρόμο που ακούγαμε στον 4ο όροφο που μέναμε καθώς και ότι δεν υπήρχε κάποιο μέρος στο δωμάτιο για να βάλουμε επάνω τις βαλίτσες. Έπρεπε να είναι στο πάτωμα και να σκύβουμε. Αλλά όλα αυτά είναι λεπτομέρειες μπροστά στην συνολική ικανοποίηση που πήραμε.

A very special place indeed. Centrally located to see all the local sites within a few minutes walks. Lots of restaurants nearby and even supermarkets which is even more important with two small children! The staff were very very attentive and made our stay easy and enjoyable. A special mention goes to the hotel owner Harun for his generosity and making sure our stay was to our expectations and also to the hotel manager Malik who checked in with us every day to give us ideas, hints and tip as well as general chit chat :). Also to mention the exceptional service received from Omer, Onur, Kemal, Harry Potter, Breakfast Manager and the lovely lady who worked with him. Definitely worth staying here if you are visiting Istanbul.

This a lovely small hotel within walking distance of major historic sites such as the Blue Mosque and Sophia Hagia. There are many restaurants close by. The staff including the owner were very helpful to me.

Struttura in centro a pochi passi da tutti i principali luoghi di interesse. Personale molto gentile. Ti fanno sentire come a casa. Ti accolgono con un cocktail di benvenuto e ti spiegano come muoverti. La colazione si fa in terrazza con vista moschea.

Top-Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nur 2 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Das Zimmer war stets sauber und aufgeräumt während wir nicht im Hotel waren. Das Frühstück auf der wunderbaren Terasse bzw. Winterterasse mit der schönen Aussicht ist ein Erlebnis für sich. Die Terrase steht überigengs 24 Stunden an 7 Tagen mit Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung. Zu jeder Zeit stand das Personal für Fragen und Anregungen zur Verfügung. Der Geschäftsführer Malik Çelebi stach mit seiner sympathischen Art und Weise immer hervor, als Profi hat er die gesamte Kontrolle über die Abläufe in diesem schönen "Haus". Mein besonderer Dank geht an den Eigentümer des Hotel, Herr Harun Çadırcı, der seine Gäste meist persönlich empfängt und betreut, ein persönliches Willkommensbrief von ihm liegt bei der Ankunft mit wichtigen Informationen im Zimmer. Vielen Dank auch an die Mitarbeiter Enes, Ömer, Kemal und "Harry Potter" (Eyüp) :) Ihr leistet einen großartigen Job!

We've Stayed at the Whitehouse before and the location is ideal for our needs, Staff are helpful as always and nothing is to much trouble. The Hotel is exceptionally clean

I stayed with my family in two rooms in February at this beautiful hotel in one of the most attractive and tourist-friendly areas. Since our arrival we have been received and treated with extreme kindness by everyone at the hotel, from the friendly owner to all the other employees, manager, maids, etc. The manager was always attentive and friendly to our needs, indicating the best options in the city. We are Brazilians and don't understand the local language, but the manager helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast was served by very kind and professional staff, preparing everything for a perfect start to the day. That's why we thank you and recommend White House.
